Notification
Notifications play a crucial role ensuring users remain updated and capable of promptly responding to changes and significant project milestones. They provide timely updates on project developments, enabling proactive management and swift decision-making.
Steps for enabling E-Mail notifications:
- Navigate to your Profile settings in Dashlake.This can typically be found by clicking on your profile picture in the top navigation bar.
- Under personal settings tab, locate the Edit option, represented by a pencil icon.
- Once in the editing interface, scroll down to find the E-Mail Notification checkbox. Click on the checkbox to enable this feature. After checking the box, ensure to save your changes by clicking on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Dashboard Comments
When a comment is posted on a dashboard or discussion thread in which user is involved,will receive a notification. This enhances collaboration and encourages active engagement with project updates and discussions.
Created Ticket Changes
When a ticket is assigned to a user or when there are updates to an assigned ticket, the user will automatically receive a notification. This feature ensures that users are promptly informed about their responsibilities and any changes in task assignments, enhancing user efficiency and promotes effective task management and collaboration across teams.
Ticket Comments
Users are notified whenever a comment is added to a ticket assigned to them. Additionally, any user mentioned with '@username' in the comment will also receive a notification. This feature ensures that all relevant members are informed about ongoing discussions and updates related to specific tickets.
